Every ION STRIKE product is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If it breaks under normal use, we fix it or replace it. Simple.
2-Year Coverage
All ION STRIKE products carry a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
Repair or Replace
At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the exact model is unavailable, we'll offer an equivalent replacement.
EU Consumer Rights
Our warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law. Your legal rights are not affected by this warranty.

Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Switch failure under normal use
- Scroll wheel or button malfunctions
- Cable fraying or connector failure
- PCB / sensor failures
- Keycap or housing structural defects
Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops or impacts
- Liquid damage
- Damage from unauthorised modifications
- Normal wear (keycap legends fading, surface scratches)
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage or power
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
How to Claim
Get in Touch
Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect.
We Review & Approve
Our team will assess your claim within 48 hours. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label (EU & US customers).
Repair or Replacement Shipped
Once we receive the defective product, we'll ship your repaired or replacement unit within 5 business days.
