Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Warehouses
EU orders ship from our Germany warehouse. US orders ship from our US warehouse. No customs fees for EU and US customers.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at our contact page. Once the order is processed we can no longer change the address.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Check your tracking link first. If your order is more than 3 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We can ship to PO boxes in most countries. If delivery fails, we'll contact you for an alternative address.
