Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Click the link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that your order enters processing and we can no longer make changes. Contact us immediately at our contact page if you need to cancel.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it. Once shipped, address changes are not possible and the package will follow its original route.

First check around your delivery address — couriers sometimes leave packages with neighbours or in a safe spot. If you still can't locate it, wait 24 hours (carrier delays happen) then contact our support team and we'll investigate with the carrier.

EU orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days from our Germany warehouse. US orders take 4–7 business days. Netherlands orders usually arrive in 1–2 business days. See our full Shipping page for all zones.

Yes — EU orders over €60 and US orders over $75 ship for free. Below those thresholds, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Netherlands shipping is always free.

No — EU customers receive shipments from our Germany warehouse so no customs fees apply. US customers ship from our US warehouse. Customers outside the EU and US may be subject to local import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping cost and estimated delivery for your country will be calculated at checkout. Some remote regions may not be serviceable — if checkout shows no shipping option available, contact us.

No. All ION STRIKE products are plug-and-play — just connect via USB and they work immediately on Windows, Mac, and Linux. No software installation required.

Yes. All keyboards and mice are fully compatible with macOS. The MK1 keyboard works natively — some key labels reflect Windows layout but all keys function correctly on Mac.

Press the DPI button on top of the mouse to cycle through the available DPI presets. The RGB indicator changes colour to show which preset is active. No software needed.

Connect the included Type-C cable to the charging port on the front of the mouse. You can continue using the mouse while it charges by plugging it in via USB. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
